Abdullahi Adamu, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), is said to have resigned.

According to the Daily Trust, Mr. Adamu announced his resignation on Sunday night.
Additionally, he had informed the publication that the reason is best known to him that he would reserve comment on his alleged resignation until after President Bola Tinubu’s return from Kenya, where the president is taking part in the Fifth Mid-Year Coordination Meeting.
Mr. Adamu was cited as saying, “I won’t talk about the issue because the president is away.”
However, citing reliable sources, the newspaper stated on Monday morning that the APC chairman had sent his letter of resignation to Femi Gbajabiamila, the president’s chief of staff.
