Roles and Responsibilities for Vacancy at Maventeq Systems Limited
- Timely execution of safety feedback

- Ensure adherence to the safety instructions and laws applicable to Company Aviation operations.
- HSE/SQM meetings with contractors should be routine.
- Personal dedication to the HSE Policy and TOTAL referential implementation
- Keep informed of and make sure that all pertinent statutory and corporate HSE requirements are followed
- Actively take part in safety awareness and initiative programmes at the company.
- Report and analyse occurrences and events, and keep a running log of aviation-related incidents in Synergy.
- Conduct routine audits, create action plans, and publish quality assurance reports.
- Play the part of an expert in aviation operations by offering guidance and knowledge regarding the requirements for air support and technical reviews of aircraft (fixed and rotary).
- Keep ownership of the company’s aviation procedures, ensuring frequent updates and improvements, and add to group procedures as needed.
- Maintain statistics and records to enable accurate reporting and KPIs; these records are utilised for cost allocation and invoice verification.
- Report safety incidents that the NCAA has looked into in progress to the company, with a focus on accurate reporting.

Job Requirements for Vacancy at Maventeq Systems Limited
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil aviation as an airline captain or pilot, or in maintenance engineering, operations, or airworthiness management
- To have five years’ worth of experience working for an offshore helicopter firm
- To possess a qualification as an international aviation auditor or to have completed an air safety academy
- To be well-versed in all changes to Nigerian aviation legislation, as well as technological advancements, market changes, and performance standards. Keep line management informed and keep an eye on the same teamwork, multiculturalism, environmental awareness, planning and organisation abilities.
