Job Title: Administrative Accountant


Qualification: BSc, BA, HND.

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities for Vacancy at Limeswood International

  • In accordance with financial norms and standards, monitor, maintain, and create financial reports and statements.
  • Review the balance sheets.
  • In charge of the general ledger accounting.
  • To ensure that the company’s financial records and reports are up to date and compliant with legal requirements, coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
  • Control the company’s administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring efficient management and upkeep of product records.
  • Refresh the financial statements.
  • Maintain your accounts payable and receivable.
  • Payroll is paid and managed monthly.
  • Create financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • To retain basic financial records for the entire business, such as P&L records, tax records, invoice preparation, etc.
  • Keep up with office equipment service agreements.

Job Requirements for Vacancy at Limeswood International

  • Three (3) years or more of accounting experience is required.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • outstanding organizational abilities to fulfill objectives and establish priorities.
