Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Obanikoro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities for Vacancies at Pragmatic Technologies
- Participates in the creation, execution, and supervision of all internal policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and processes.
- Carries out the whole spectrum of employee recruitment and selection procedures within a predetermined time frame, including providing line management with guidance and support, creating and distributing advertisements, creating and carrying out assessments, organizing and conducting interviews for qualified candidates, etc.
- Verifies the backgrounds of endorsed candidates.
- Vreates letters of employment offer.
- Help in the creation and execution of induction programs for new hires (employees).
- Updates the job specifications and descriptions for each position and role to maintain work structure.
- Uses a training need analysis approach to create a training plan based on employee training requirements.
- Manages the performance management system with assistance.
- Provides line managers and staff with advice services in cooperation with the head of human resources.
Job Requirements for Vacancies at Pragmatic Technologies
- Degree in business administration, human resources, or a comparable profession.
- 2–3 years of progressive and pertinent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for the workplace.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Good manners, a polished appearance, and a cheerful attitude at work.
- Strong moral convictions.
Renumeration
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
