Only during the specified application period can all eligible students apply for the various scholarships through this online system.

Step 1:
New Student Registration
Visit the official website of UP Government’s Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Online System.
Click on the “Student” section and select “New Registration”.
Select the scholarship for which you want to apply.
Fill in all mandatory details that are marked with an *.
Click on “Submit” to register.
Take the printout of the registration slip for future references.
Step 2:
Student Login
Once registered, click on the “Student” section and select the “Fresh Login” option for fresh applications and the “Renewal Login” option for renewal applications as per the scholarship you are applying for.
Log in using the registration number, date of birth, and password.
The page containing important instructions regarding form filling will open.
Read all instructions carefully and tick on the box given at the end of the page and click “Proceed”.
Step 3:
Filling the Scholarship Application
Clicking on the “Proceed” button will direct the user to the user dashboard.
Click on the “Fill in the application form” section.
Fill in further details in the scholarship application form.
Click on submit.
Step 4:
Uploading Supporting Documents
After submitting the application form, the students need to upload their photographs and other supporting documents.

Final Submission Online
Before proceeding to the final submission of the application form, applicants are urged to carefully review all the information provided in order to avoid any discrepancies afterward.
Furthermore, after the application form has been submitted, there is no way to amend the information entered by the applicant.

While applying for any UP scholarship 2022-2023, students need to support their applications with key documents like
1. Residential proof like ration card, aadhaar card, voter ID, driving license, or PAN card.
2. Passport size photograph of the applicant
3. Caste certificate (if applicable)
4. Income certificate
5. Domicile certificate
6. Student ID proof
7. Mark sheets of qualifying examination
8. Current year fee receipt/admission letter
9. Bank passbook of the student
The applications with no supporting documents will be considered invalid. Thus, the students need to make sure that they provide all required documents in the specified format and size.
