a) Business Development Manager

The customer is looking for a motivated and skilled business development manager to join their group. Successful applicants should: Given that they will collaborate closely with the Managing Director
own a track record of generating, closing, and creating pipelines for leads
possess a track record of developing and preserving relationships with clients
Know how to manage client feedback for brand consistency and how business development affects the bottom line of the company.
In addition to creating and sustaining connections with clients, s/he will be in charge of seeking out new business prospects and creating plans to expand the company.
Task and Responsibilities for Recruitment at UnoCasa Limited
- Ensure compilation and timely delivery of progress reports to management team
- Be part of the team preparing bids, tenders, and other contract documents
- Engage in development of quarterly or annual marketing budget development and tracking budget related expenses.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge about the business practices and industry trends
- Maintain an all-inclusive client database system to serve as a guide for follow-up and other relationship management activities for existing and new clients.
- Participate in industry related conferences and client forums as a company representative.
- Engage in active market research to identify new business opportunities

Requirements/Skills
