Job Summary
- Respond to requests from individual consumers for any banking issues, including enquiries about products and information about client account actions including account opening, statements, and debit order requests.
- Developing a precise assessment and comprehension of that demand is necessary for taking action in a one-and-done way that consistently provides the consumer with what is important to them in terms of product and legal requirements.
