• Responsible for knowing customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions to their complaints and identifying ways to improve our customer service.

Task and Responsibilities for Recruitment at ARM Pension Managers

• Tracking customer experiences across all channels, devices, and touch points, both online and offline.

Job Description

• Highly responsible for the timely management of calls (both inbound and outbound)
• Identifying customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions to their complaints.
