About NITDA Blockchain Scholarship
Since 2010, the Agency has created a scholarship program for Master’s and Doctoral Degrees in pertinent Information Technology (IT) and ICT Law that are available in Nigerian (Government and Private) Universities.
To develop and oversee information technology in Nigeria, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) was established.
In order to compete globally and meet the urgent demand for digital literacy, Nigeria would benefit from developing and regulating IT.
The NITDA Blockchain Scholarship, 2022 Scheme is now available thanks to a partnership between the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Domineum Blockchain Solutions.
The program aims to teach blockchain technology to 30,000 Nigerians so they can build their career skill sets in the burgeoning technologies.

The program is aimed at training 30,000 Nigerians on blockchain technology for developing career skill set in the emerging technologies.
Requirements for NITDA Blockchain Scholarship
The scholarship is open to every Nigerian that is willing to put in a minimum of 20 hours per week, has access to laptop or desktop, show commitment and determination; no prior programming experience is required.
