a) Assistant Manager, General Accounting
Job Location: Lagos

Tasks and Responsibilities for Job at Henkel Now Open
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital accounts entries by compiling and analyzing accounting information.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements and related reports.
- To coordinate and manage all aspects related to general ledger accounting.
- Monitoring monthly accrual posting and ensure to be in line with last updated plan.
- Support actively during month-end and year-end close process.
- Supervise inventory count procedures.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures in line with Henkel’s Corporate Accounting Standards.
- Review of GRIR accounts – Review of selected balance sheet accounts.
- Provide support to Head of GA during financial statements audits.
- Coach and mentor, the Account Supervisor and Account Officer.
- Provide local and regional management on monthly and quarterly basis the block cost development vs. plan.
- Identify and formulate block cost allocation keys per SBU based on updated guidelines.
- Reporting of monthly / quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Attend to all accounting related topics as may be assigned by the Head of General Accounting.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
- Minimal overall work experience required for this position is 7 years.
2.) Mechanical Technician
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job type: Full Time
Tasks and Responsibilities for Job at Henkel
- Execute preventive maintenance plan on assigned machines and equipment to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
- Ensure all machine guardings, interlocks and other safety controls on all machines and equipment are present and functioning.
- Compliance to occupational health and safety/ quality standards and good manufacturing practice.
- Review of reports, checklists and other equipment monitoring document generated from shift for closure of outstanding issues.
- Initiating root cause analysis for permanent fixing of unplanned events.
- Ensure electrical standards are complied with while executing installation across site.
Requirement/Experience for Job at Henkel
- Higher National Diploma (HND), City & Guilds Certificate in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Must have experience in powder packaging machines
- Will be added advantage if he/she has worked with multi-track & single track machines
- Analytical fault finding and troubleshooting skills.

c) Electrical Technician
