a) Supply Chain Finance Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary for Evan Industries Recruitment
The Supply Chain Finance Officer will play a significant role in the team and be held accountable for inquiries about payables and inventory movement in the ERP.
Tasks and Responsibilities for Evan Industries Recruitment
- Management-Purchase Orders from Vendors, as well as end-to-end account payables processes, while assuring the correctness and completeness of Vendor Accounts and Balances.
- Material utilization analysis; variance analysis.
- Monthly depreciation on fixed assets and updating the fixed asset register.
- ERP-based inventory monitoring and control.
- Monitoring the expenditures for haulage and other vehicles and submitting them to the appropriate ledger accounts.
- Analysis of sales costs.
- Documentation of all supply chain-related analyses, reconciliations, and cross-company transactions.

Requirements/Experience for Evan Industries Recruitment
- HND / B.Sc with proven experience in Supply Chain Management.
- University Graduate, with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Collaboration skills
- Good interpersonal and communications Skills.
- Good knowledge of the ERP system, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word applications.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Tracking of haulage and other vehicles’ expense activities and posting them in their different ledger accounts.
- Cost of sales analysis.
- Update of Fixed Asset Register and running of monthly depreciation on the fixed assets.
- Vendors’ Management-Purchase Orders, and end-to-end account payables activities, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of vendors’ accounts and balances.
- Analysis of material usage; variance analysis.
- Inventory monitoring & Control in the ERP.

c) Treasury Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Treasury Manager will be an important member of the team in the department and be held accountable for issues with payables and cash flow statements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monthly inter-company posting and reconciliations.
- Account payables management.
- Petty cash management.
- Monthly bank reconciliation statement and bank relationship management.
- Daily cashflow reports and cash advance management.
- Accruals posting, general ledger reviews, reconciliation, and reconciliation and control.
- Month-end closure & any other tasks assigned by the HOD.
Salary for Evan Industries Recruitment
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
