Canadian University foreign Scholarship – International Special Entrance Scholarships will be automatically offered to new international students entering studies at the UWinnipeg in the 2022-23 academic year following graduation from a high school outside of Canada.

The offer are for all students who are new to The University of Winnipeg and have not taken credits or completed a degree here before. New students can be entering any of the University’s divisions for the first time – Undergraduate, Graduate, Collegiate, Professional, Applied and Continuing Education (PACE) or English Language Program (ELP).
Canadian University foreign Scholarships will be offered automatically at the University of Winnipeg during the regular admissions application process; a separate scholarship application is not required.

President’s Scholarship for World Leaders:
The University of Winnipeg President’s Scholarship for World Leaders is awarded to international students entering any of the University’s divisions for the first time:
Undergraduate, Graduate, Collegiate , PACE or ELP.
Eligibility:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be an international student
- Entering first year of any program/school
- Have a minimum of 80% admission average or equivalent
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities
- Admitted to the University by the scholarship deadline
