Job Description
ActionAid Ghana (AAG), an Affiliate of ActionAid is looking to employ experienced and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1) Programme Manager
Salary: This role is on SM4 of ActionAid Ghana’s Salary Structure.
Location of role: Bono and Ahafo Region, Sunyani.
Role Overview:
• As the Regional Programme Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the systematic and consistent standards-based program implementation that connects local rights violations to national and internationally recognized human rights.
• You will also connect work on different mission objectives/key result areas with the grassroots program, campaigning, and fundraising work. Additionally, you will support partner institutions and manage the staff and resources of the region to ensure the maximum benefit and impact of AAG’s interventions.
Qualification Required & Experience
• 2nd Degree + 5 years experience.
Job Circumstances:
• This is a three (3) year renewable employment contract on national terms and conditions.

Location of role: Upper West Region, Wa
Role Overview For ActionAid Ghana Recruitment:
• The Regional Accountant shall be responsible for providing accounting services to the Upper West Region Programme and supporting other financial management processes in line with organizational policies.
• He/she would among other responsibilities support an audit of regional program and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and be responsible for the overall financial management of Projects implemented in the region
Qualification/Experience
• The Candidate must hold at least a master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or its equivalent with three (3) years of working experience.
• Membership in a relevant professional accounting body (ACCA, CIMA, ICA, CPA) and work experience in the development sector will be an added advantage.
